Now you can use the CANVAS Value Proposition to accurately assess who a business is for, and how it delivers value to them. You can figure out what parts or if a proposition is valuable, a new idea, business, event, or anything you like.

With all the usability of your iSlides that allows you to project in PowerPoint and interact with the audience building the model with all the participants. You just have to load your CANVAS Value Proposition iSlide into Powerpoint and you’re done!

To occupy the CANVAS Value Proposition, try these suggestions for each quadrant (Osterwalder, 2012)

The main objective is to achieve a fit, between between your proposition and the customer needs. This is called a product-market fit or a problem solution fit. This template will help you achieve it in a systematic way. Remember that this are subsets of the full CANVAS model.

   Pain Relievers:
Outline how your products and services create value. First, describe how your products and services alleviate customer pains. How do they eliminate or reduce negative emotions, undesired costs and situations, and risks your customer experiences or could experience before, during, and after getting the job.

   Gain Creators:
Now, you have to describe how your products and services create customer gains. How do they create benefits your customer expects, desires or would be surprised by, including functional utility, social gains, positive.

 Customer:
Define the jobs. What are the tasks that they need to complete? What are the problems that they are trying to solve? What are their needs?

   Customer Pains:
Now describe negative emotions, undesired costs and situations, and risks that your customer experiences or could experience before, during, and after getting the job done.

   Customer Gains:
Now describe the benefits your customer expects, desires or would be surprised by. This includes functional utility, social gains, positive emotions, and cost savings. Your product: What feature in your product will relieve the pain? 


HOW DOES AN ISLIDE WORK?

You only need 3 steps to occupy your iSlides CANVAS

 

 1- Load it from the iSlides tab

Open Power Point, add your iSlides, and select “Add All”. The first iSlide will be the index for the parts of each quadrant. Just choose the one you want to go to, and click on it.

2- Fill each quadrant with your information

Now we are are checking the “Value Map / Products and Services”. Here you can see the detail. You can select a post it and start putting ideas!

Here you can see the summary of the left quadrant. You can go to any place by clicking on the name of the specific part. For instance, if you click on Gain creators, you will go there.


3-Then, you must only advance to the final iSlide

All your changes will be registered and you will see all changes made in each slide. You can save your work at any time as you will save any regular PPT slide. And that´s it, You are done!

Finally, if you want to return to a specific place from your final CANVAS, you just have to click on the button that is located at the top right of each quadrant.
